The Rising Phoenix Review is a monthly online literary magazine dedicated to publishing poetry focused on the working class and other marginalized groups. We believe in the transformative power of poetry, and our mission is to publish writing that actively engages the social issues of our time.

We believe genuine writing creates an opportunity for dialogue about how to positively mend the issues of our world. We resolve to publish writers who peacefully and compassionately address the most challenging issues of our era. Our goal is to recruit poets who assess the issues of our society in real time and actively discuss peaceful solutions. We pledge to support these writers and the subjects of their work by providing safe and compassionate platform for them to share their voices. We strive to build a sacred space for the marginalized with the work we publish. We ask every writer who is willing to join us in our quest.
